Results are an absolute shocker.
They show that management is totally dysfunctional and out of touch with the company.

Given Smaller holds 16% and Investors Mutual 10%, they wont sit back and let this continue. Either a takeover or a change of management must take place.
This result plays into Smallers hands, allowing a takeover at a cheaper price.

At least we know at what prices Smaller has bought in, and that should be the cheapest price for any takeover, courtesy of the takeover rules.
