    Okay I just rung their office and they said to quote,
    "soon, very very soon".
    They then went on to say that it has been a long wait and they have had "delays in lab" and "weather holdups".

    Hope this helps, now if anyone can interpret what is meant by "soon, very, very soon" that would be good......

    I probably could have asked more, he was a lovely guy on the phone but that is the first time I have ever rung a company and didn't know the protocol.
