Can't help thinking that the crater mountain project in the hands of a well financed small cap miner would be a much better scenario than in the hands of a financially constrained co like goa. But then the sp wouldn't be so cheap fo a co possibly on the verge of uncovering another png gold mountain.
But these cap raisings will continue until they start producing more gold than they spend. simple as that. I hear that drilling 1000m holes in the png highlands is expensive. Or maybe the cash is to buyout one of the minority partners in the project. Either way, the company is at a minimum increasing the co value in line with the increase in the number of shares on issue. hence the sp should continue to rise.
They should be in a position now where they attract good institutional investors rather than have to rely on the likes of springtree.
