There seems to be an endless stream of capital raising through further dilution of the stock. You wouldn't be too happy to have bought into the recent raising at 38 cents and now at 31 cents thereabouts.
Just read their last quarter cash flow report, lost 1 million on revenues of 4. Perhaps this latest plant expansion will provide the economy of scale to post a profit and viability.
