This must be like the best company to work for. They'll pay you way way above the average industry wage. Finance/hr/admin is obvious 4 mil for 12 people lol. How about the sales team that are clearly crap. 200k pp, only technology is average at 100k pp . even then these numbers are absolutely nuts. Costs are crazy high. I mean if the technology is really that good they should be flying off the shelves. Sure, we have a backlog but isn't that back log the same number as last year's ? Back log of about 4.7 mil? What's happening?
