Completely agree and think it is overlooked by many, however have been put off Urbanise for a number of reasons at the moment which are centered around their failure to deliver previously. I think if UBN can get their sh*t together and deliver with good FY16 result released than getting in at $0.375 will be a bargain.
Very similiar management tool to Aconex, however very different markets with Aconex implemented during construction and UBN implemented post construction. If UBN can get early market share, I think there could be more value in UBN than Aconex as you would essentially be signing up clients for a building's life-cycle (50-100 years) whereas Aconex's average implementation and use on a project is 38months.
