this will all eventuate....but from where is sit....RRL is the on the money...WMR/JBM have been in talks with RRL....to no avail as yet....it is been thrown about that they will go the project alone...they know what is in the ground....they have the O/S financial backing...and have rejected any jv's...JBM/WMR may have to buy up RRLon market...
If JBM paid up on market for 16% of FCN which has only 20% in a smaller area of this tenement....i am certain that they will be hitting the bid once RRL has taken up its right to buy out newmont on the rest of the region...for what i know this will be the answer we are looking for.
