If you had a commerce degree, cpa and / or had created and sold off start up's for millions I might pay the slightest bit of attention to your comment.
Since I have and I have a detailed background in valuing companies I stand behind my projections for this company. Obviously the income (VC and epilepsy) is key to such valuations but 10% take up (7000 customers in oz), to me is a conservative assumption for the epilepsy potential. They hit these numbers + VC deal and there is your valuation, excluding other deals that may come between now and then.
