Disposal of Major Assets to Subsidiary” put to today’s General Meeting of
Shareholders was passed on a show of hands.
A total of 86,161,722 proxy votes were received. 86,110,532 shares voted in
favour of the Resolution, nil Against, nil Abstaining and 51,190 Discretionary.
