1. Is resolution 4 or 5 good for PDY?
2. Why would our board table resolution 4 and 5, if it were not good for shareholders?
3. Does PDY's corporate governance offer any direction on how the above should be dealt?
When we get answers to the above three questions we can move on, till then disgruntled share holders will exit as soon as the SP reaches their exit price.
