Hi all , have just got back to Sydney -all night flight - but will do it again next year. Good to see a HC selection at the AGM , I was asking questions about Wyoming and the waste water issue plus other things. I could have asked heaps of questions , but it is very obvious Gus and the team are really onto everything that is required. The consolidation question was answered well by Gus, thats where I was going with the AREVA question, and if it possible for a company to slowly buy up 50% without us knowing. That would destroy our long term gains. I will still ask Gus sometime if a clause could be put into the constitution to eliminate a hostile takeover. Some companys have written in a high dollar value to their share price so that that figure has to be reached to buy out the company thus protecting all share holders (plus management) The company in question set their min. buy price at $8 , but I can not remember who they are, I'll keep looking.
