Interesting to note that all the resolutions passed but some resolutions had substantial "No" votes with substantial abstaining votes.
For example the incentive scheme had over 47 million votes against with another 300 million plus abstain.
And again with the options over 100 million against the resolutions.
As I said the resolutions all passed but some of these numbers on the "No" side are big numbers.
The company needs to make sure it takes the No votes into consideration in the future and take appropriate steps. I'm sure there were others like me who didnt bother to vote this time but next time I will vote and if they are similar to the resolutions passed I will also be voting No.
