    Dreambuyer,

    A good mate of mine (who also holds quite a few TSN shares) rocked up to the AGM yesterday. He was running 5 minutes late and walked into the 9 am meeting at 9.06am. The meeting was over!
    I was going to take time out of my busy schedule to attend as well...lucky i didnt!
    We were both going to also vote NO but missed the opportunity..I will definately use the proxy system next time and/or not be late....
