I think its safe to say that your rite on all counts!!
However i believe it wil still take some time for any sort of appreciation in SP and most have cashed out, marking a taxable loss and have taken their money else where to recoup some of their loses
And the expected flow of news is also been ever so slowingly been released and i believe it will continue this way well into 2012...
But undervalued it definatley is, hell of a entry point at the current level
