I must apologise to you for making you very defensive of your actions toward Motopia.

I must admit i have been cynical of what you have been doing and just found it hard to understand whilst having 5% in the company ,why you would rival your own investment through litigation , i assume this would be a more prosperous outcome if you won? rather than a languishing 0.001 share price, and of course you have your own reasons which are to be respected


in any case I am now certain you would want the share price to improve and get a sucessful outcome for yourself through the litigation -a double whammy you could say
