I agree Agent88 thumbs up, we all want to salvage something here
we may only have to wait 6 months or so until the litigation runs its course, I am very interested in that outcome so we can see where it is has all gone wrong in the past and bring about closure, there were alot that jumped ship on the board back then for reasons only they know of

I wouldnt get too excited about anything significant going in until then , most would see the MOT shell as a expensive proposition having to remove the litigation before trial

shame the trial couldnt be held sooner
