2.9 billion participated in Res 2 - 98% of them voted yes

If you use this vote as a proxy for board support, it says roughly half of the SH could be bothered OR made a decision to vote. Of the half that did vote, 96-98%% of them support the board. Pretty good level of support, although you wonder what the other 3.6 billion votes are thinking.
