    i wasnt there but im guessing gwr voted with the shares that were issued to the chinese and pmm are contesting that?

    no-one is saying anything and the announcement doesnt go into too much detail other than to say its delayed till tuesday so im just speculating.

    i know nothing i wasnt there.
