Basically, some proxies were deemed invalid and looking at the numbers, it must have been most of PMM's proxies.
It was also stated that even if those proxies were included, it would only have an affect on resolution 12.
If you dont believe me, have a look at the numbers and work it out for yourselves.
For PMM to win, there would have to be close to 100% turnout and that is never going to happen.
