You're sounding a bit Bitter there mate, things didn't go your way at the vote? Did you really think the GWR and FAS shareholders were going to just hand over the company to some stooge who came knocking on the back door? One that wasn't even prepared to outline their future plans.
The vote was a forgone conclusion. There are a lot of major players within the GWR shareholders who also have a big interest in FAS. I doubt very much it would be in their interests to see a 3rd Party come in at the last minute to try to take over the show.
