    Total PGL shares is about 60 millions.

    - Support for PSG : about 11 millions or 18% of total (11/60)
    - Support for the board : about 19 millions or 31% of total (19/60)
    - "Not voting" : about 29 millions or 48% of total (29/60).

    So the group of "not voting" is the largest (48%). Who are they and what they want regarding the future of PGL ?

    Note that there are a number of shareholders who did not receive the voting form from Computershare. How many of those ? probably about 4 millions shares considering the volumes from Dec to now.
