    exactly what I thought

    "In reaching this conclusion, the Independent Expert has valued 100% of the stapled securities in LLP on a controlling
    interest basis at between $0.28 - $0.38 per security"

    I am sure they wanted to say in the range of.38cents -.48 cents.
    I cant see any large holders giving it away.
    I expect an increase bid.
