Why would anybody buy into a share where Directors have all care and no responsibility?
How can a chairman of a company take upon himself not to entertain a takeover of nearly $7
rather than letting share holders decide for themselves? When this same chairman knew that he would do a highly dilutive capital raising? And we are told that is ASIC is now on top of the situation. Yea, right.
