Correct me if I'm wrong, but those franking credits can continue sitting there until they pay another dividend, correct?
So why would you want the company to stretch itself further just to distribute some franking credits that will still be there anyway. Also, after the capital raising, the last thing they need to do is issue more shares for DRP.
