Yes it is close vote and interesting that there was such resistance however if the Noble group was allowed to vote with their voting power of 26.45% it would have been different

It is also interesting that the top 20 shareholders hold 164,557,289 shares yet only 65,512,492 votes were placed so may be some of the shareholders should take a more active role and show some more interest

Oh well the vote is in so all done and dusted now
