Anglo starts construction of their mine at Tropicana next June and production commences 3 years after.They are investing 0.5 bil dollars and creating a new city in the wilderness.There will be 1000 workers on site all within a cooee of Beadells tropicana east tenement.Anglo has been drilling the hell out of tropicana for 6 years and they have a proven 5mill resource.What is esp.interesting is the extension of the highly prospective "purple haze"into Beadells tenement.The geology is the same.There will be very valuable economies of scale and proximity.Anglo/independance are paying for provision of power etc and hundreds of Km of access roads.
Along with W musgrave and Tartaruga, BDR may well be a big player in Australian gold mining.In addition to their exploration/mining savvy they are past masters of the art of the corporate deal(cf the plays for Cracow and martabe).They think big,very very big indeed!Watch this space...
