    I'm awaiting the takeover - I'll gladly accept the offer of 40.5c. I bought at 30c some time ago only to see it drop under 20c and remain there for a long time.

    I can't see any reasonable arguement for not accepting the offer - especially given the board is publicly supporting the takeover.
