    No, they have not put out grades, but they have said that (and don't quote me here) but I think the more expensive rare earths are present and they are course grained - so extraction shouldn't be a problem.


    The report did not mention anything about uranium or thorium, which is disappointing. We do not know how big a problem radioactivity will be.
