I am expecting successful debt restructuring, though at higher margin.

I am also expecting directors to buy first thing Monday morning (though some may have bought prior via relatives, friends etc). They still need to buy to show their confidence in the company and also cover their losses.

By the sound of it, there might be a Macabe D2E deal to be announced for approval by shareholders.
The big concern will be the dilution effect, if this happens.

However, on the other side, since we HC holders have already voiced our opposition to the deal, they may take it seriously in getting the conversion price more reasonable.

As I said earlier, I am expecting cash earnings of AUD140mln, and NPAT of negative c. AUD330mln.
