Maybe I'm a simplet on, but is Netcomm's result that bad that a quick sell out even at a loss was the preferred option?

Their approx 400K in 1/2 yr loss was understandable considering that they had acquired two companies Dynalink and AsKey Australia during the period and the accrued benefits of those purchases were not included in the accounts.

With just about every Tom, D*ck and Harry trying to get onto the net and with the technology sector in the US rising how can this provider of doors to the net be a hopeless proposition?

Well mismanagement could be one reason - but their plans for the next 1/2 year indicate good vision and actions to implement it.

There is ALWAYS a delay between the proper treatment of any problem and the good results one expects to achieve.

Can we blame directors and managers who would rather implement short term solutions to treat symptoms only, if investors are too impatient for results?

Anyway, I put my money where my mouth is and increased my long term holding by more than 100%.
