We went through a similar process earlier where the price was being capped. My opinion is that the Soph investers try to maintain a low price for the issuances which come about from approvals at General Meetings.
Refer Update Marinas Project posts 23/2. The meeting agenda for June 11
seems to indicate there is still approx 11mil still for issuance plus 40mil more to be approved. Happy for a contrary view.
