@hamish$invest I don't think management is listening or reading posts on HC. Just a coincidence that someone came across website.... I hope to have an answer from ASX as to what further actions will now be taken and whether the company will get a please explain.... as shareholders we have a right to get access to information about the operation of the company... we, as shareholders, can also request a meeting between members and the directors. The company constitution allows this to take place... IMO I think shareholders have had just about a gut full of the lack of transparency and update as to the company's operations and future direction.... we can also make directors accountable and request a GM for a vote to have certain directors stood down..... I would like to know the numbers we hold as SH's in order to take things further... as I come from a legal background I am happy to take this on personally without any costs to our fellow SH's.... ASIC will not prosecute or get involved in disputes, however, we can seek a court order to the effect of a 'please explain'.... as I would like to get a ball park figure of what numbers we have, if SH's who would support such an action can press the 'thumbs up' button on HC I can gain a better understanding of the support......
