I was always under the impression BP needed the extra data hence new Phase II trials & the assembly of Scientific Advisory Board. I think it's fair to say MM may not necessarily be the one pulling the strings here..... Frustrating for shareholders who have funded up until now with communication shut off.... however time and time again #1 you need to appease FDA aka BP to get anywhere in this area. Hence I know who MM would be cosying up with vs dealing with the constant shareholder whinging at this pointy end.
