The only deal that I remember was from Gilead to Gritsone back in 2021.

under the terms Gilead paid Gritstone

1. $30M in cash +30M in equity
2. paid cost for HIV phase 1 clinical trial
3. esclusive license to develop and commercialize it beyond phase 1
4. 725M in regulatory and commercial milestone + royalties
5. I am not sure if I missed anything else.

This was for phase 1. Imagine the possibilities for phase 3 HIV clinical trial for BIT.

We obviously don't know what's happening with Biotron and one day, hopefully soon, it will all be revealed.
