Small correction - I am not a lawyer so I could not actually write contracts. What I said was that I "managed" contracts (oversaw that each milestone was reached and expended in accordance with the contract schedules.

I don't actually believe that negotiations could take place before the final reports are released. Based on the fact that a third party would require firm evidence that BIT225 is effective based on hard trial clinical data.

You are right in saying that BIT would be required to notify the market if a trial fails - but not required to notify the market if successful as it turns out.

The COVID trial should have been much easier to analyse - and one would have to wonder why those results have not been released. It is a separate trial to the HIV trial regardless on the BIT225 being used in both.

Would you have any suggestions on that issue?
