Right about this time last year the Board gave a results update as the business was on a path to deliver a result that was 10% great than prior year.
The first half was an absolute corker with Revenues up >19% and NPAT up by >57%
One would have thought with that momentum, the results for the full year would be materially up >10%
NTA doesn't show anything that would indicate that the business is softer in H2
For the NPAT for the full year to be >10% the second half NPAT would be down 20% Vs prior year H2 result.
With that in mind I really do think the board needs to communicate what's going on, either the business will be up on last year by >10% (which I suspect it will be) or the second half was a disaster and was down by >20% from a NPAT position.
As always I will not hold my breath for this board as they have little regard for their shareholders!
