I can't see why they couldn't admit, that there is an NDA in place. That justifies them to stay quiet.
And by the way that is an excellent way to give the share price a boost to a more desirable level for negotiations afterwards.
They probably will not volunteer this info, but it can not harm to put that question to them in the room at the AGM.
Covid results should be rapped up by now and HIV should be the same or close.
Not releasing either of them first. (COVID), points (IMO) to a situation, where they would like to announce both at the same time, suggesting that they are in talks....
