No exec ever likes to not get the incentive bonus which has been long awaited but I wouldn't like to speculate as to what the extra money would mean to any given individual as I suspect none of us as familiar enough with her personal circumstances and if we were it would be completely inappropriate to discuss it here.
You are however right that she does have a holding of equities which would have substantial value if any of the upside SP predictions were to come true.
My point to Lux was that it is immaterial as to much much these options mean to her if she has no control over the timing.
I am not aware of the performance rights to which you refer. I don't see them in the annual report either. Did I miss something?
