Yes very light on. Balance sheet in report quotes cash on hand of $602K of which $560K is a deposit that is security for a bank guarantee. Cash flow statement shows cash on hand of $303K. Difference is the $299K of bank overdraft that appears in current liabilities.
The real cash available at the moment appears to be $201K out of an overdraft limit of $500K.
Not a comforting thought when you have $6.074M in current interest bearing liabilities.
How do they think they are going to fund the $2.0M cash component for the Alphalink acquisition? More debt or another share issue?
