The business is going well and result was a good one (although fairly close to market expectations).

The problem is that on an EPS basis, shareholders were badly diluted by the heavy capital raising and, to be blunt, got screwed when we weren't allowed to participate. Directors and management sent a clear message that they care more about empire building than they do about their shareholders.

I've been a holder for several years and, while I have done well, I am pissed that I have not done as well as I should have had the directors remembered that they have a responsibility to act in the best interests of shareholders.
