unless there is some other "strategic" angle in the long term that Anglo are throwing in the mix. Seems like a lot to be giving away for 800k. Am sure an investor would go that seems crazy, here's 800k for [x] shares...there has to be something more to it they haven't provided. How can they give away that sort of future value without analyzing or going to market with alternatives...If i was a long term Insto holder, i'd be like, WTF??
