Nothing has changed. Smaller still holds nearly 17% of the company and it has been confirmed that he has been doing due diligence on taking over the company. He hasn't taken 17% of the company for no reason. There are also other interested parties apart from Smaller as disclosed by by Atlas in a company announcment after the Financial Review broke the story.
