I think it is a historically Co management and project problem. As with many things in life, some people are born with or have that built in businesss nack whilst others don't.....that's where I think current management stands ... they think they are good but in reality they don't seem to have special business nack and are too set in their old ways of doing and acting on things.........The Co needs a total management change from the bottom way up to the very top and start all over again with a clean sheet.
