Just seeking clarification please? Did TNR have to give BullionFX $US 1 million worth of shares when the company I.e. BullionFX lists and is valued at $0.50 or more?
Or do the tokens being valued at greater than $0.50 trigger this clause?
I think it’s the shares listing and being over USD 0.50.
Another question please: do tnr own 15 million BullionFX shares as well as 15 million tokens, with some control over a further 15 million tokens? Seems to me that if they own the shares and the tokens tnr is VERY undervalued.
