Dsb55, I take it 50c on shares or tokens. But I'd think that's a protection clause and they could exercise even under that if they choose to.
They hold 15m shares and 15m bull tokens. The whitepaper provides 1 bull to 1 share for founders and seed investors.
All up 30m. At 78c, that's US currency. There investment is worth 31.5M AU. Cap is, 23M
They have to issue 27m shares at 4.6c, approx 1m US.
The nice bit here is they did the deal when the sp was over 5c.

Bull will go plus $1 I feel when on binance and kracken.
If so we could be looking at 40m AU plus investment.
