mmm thats very interesting - im not a accountant but I thought if you owe more than someone owes you and you dont have funding in place to cover the shortfall you may be insolvent (i dont think think IIN falls into this category as its demonstrated capability of raising capital and support from its shareholdes )EFT would make a good fit fo AMM they would have Perth sown up then,and probably have a complimentry network , IIN would probably only be interested in customers hence would place a lower value on EFT , What do you think about about CMO by the way and M2's cracker result (I hold MTU).
