i've read their report. and you might be right, of course, that the funds will flow back into it (maybe) because of its high divi. but the funds might also flow out of it because it reduces its dividend (or any other of the million reasons to sell stock).
i suppose what i've asking is: what is the market missing? what do you know, that mr market doesn't? it's be going south for a long time now.
