BDL will go well past the 11 - 12c range if some positive announcements are forthcoming.

I should add that my previous 1/3 sell down was (also) directed by a margin call from my wife. Prior to the merger announcement I was buying BDL with everything and anything (I could get away with) because it was so underpriced in terms of PE fundumentals.

It's very difficult to time severe market corrections - but if any of us don't bail at the right time ... the ALS dividends will provide significant support for the combined stock.
