    Is that true a 400 billion dollar Roads and Highways Bill ?
    If so America really is going stupid, building more roads for gas guzzling cars that a lot of people will not be able to afford to drive soon.

    They should be building fast, modern, comfortable and fuel efficient public transit systems with that money.
