The problem with "Experts" is that there is always just as many that oppose a case as there is for a case, thus costing lots of money which unfortunately cougar doesnt have a lot of. The reason the "experts" charge so much is because if they are proven wrong in the court then their reputation is down the gurgler.
I have a feeling cougar should only attack the legal side once it is re-established. i have a feeling making a case now could run them dry.
